Let’s be honest here, beauty regimes are not the easiest to keep to, especially if you have an unrelenting schedule. Exfoliate twice a week; use brightening mask twice a week; use hydrating mask thrice a week etc - I mean, with our brain space already filled with other important information, who can remember which day to do what step?
Don’t we all start the year with resolutions such as, "I will be more organised this year", or "I will declutter my home and wardrobe"? Those are all fine and good, of course, but how about your desk? Now, it is generally understood that we spend more hours in our life either in bed or at our desk. So, if that's the case, why not make our desk the priority this year.
The reason why I love this breakfast so much (besides the taste) is because it keeps me full for so long - At least 4 hours! It’s also fast, easy and super versatile. I just add whatever I feel like having that morning!
