We put together looks for you to consider before boarding that plane

by Rohaizatul Azhar

How many times have we scrolled through online stories, or flipped through paparazzi magazines, that feature celebrities coming out of the airport after disembarking from the plane, looking chic and put together?

Sure, they have help (and an enviable bank account) but that doesn't mean you can't achieve the same vibe and look! This issue, we put together looks for you to consider before boarding that plane.

For many, comfort is key. The quintessential airplane look is usually a pair of loose-fitting joggers, or track pants, paired with comfy sneakers. But you don't have to look sloppy for comfort. Go for a monochromatic colour palette and pick sweaters that have a neutral print or design. Up the chic quotient by throwing on a scarf.

Work a smart casual look that's dressy without compromising on your comfort. Go for a loose fitting top and give the look an off-duty vibe by doing a half-tuck at the front. Opt for gold flats to add visual interest.

If you prefer something less fussy. Go with a printed cardigan instead of a sweater. That way you can be dressed for summer destinations while keeping warm and comfy when in a cold airplane.

An oversized top acts as a "blanket" and can be used to hide figure flaws caused by being bloated.
